I'm sure it's no surprise that my pet hates going to the vet, but what a relief to find an animal hospital that is so dedicated to making your pets experience as pleasant as possible. They never separate you from your pet and I was able to stay within "save me" range the whole time. No taking pets behind closed doors like other places I've been too. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I've been to other vets that have designated areas for dogs to go to the bathroom but I didn't see one here. It really wasn't that big of deal though because there was a little grass outside the office so it was fine. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.
