Patty has been absolutely amazing when we desperately needed an experienced, caring, loving veterinarian for our dog, Fred. She was compassionate and available to answer her phone, even though it was a holiday weekend to give us an update or answer our questions.

When we had to leave Fred there for further care and rehabilitation...it was so hard to go home without Fred... However, Patty went beyond her job description....sending us pictures of Fred by text and even having him snuggle up with one her soft quilts. Sometimes the news was good, sometimes it was not as positive. Each time she spoke to us, she spoke to us with empathy and options and giving us time to process.

If you need a vet up near Big Sandy...call her. She is amazing!
