Calling them is impossible, I was on hold for 2 hours. No one answer me back all I want us to correct the address of my sister which the lady in the admission in ER entered it incorrectly, even when I was telling her the exact address cause my sister is really sick and cannot communicate well, she ignored me or did not listen to what I was trying to tell her she even have my sister’s military card which I think the address is shown. Very disappointed with the service at the admission window. The services given to my sister by the frontliners I have no complains.
