Mercy Healthcare Clinic. After several years with this clinic my regular doctor accepted a position at a prestigious clinic. I called for an appt and explained my health concerns, the appt. was scheduled for late into the next week. I called back 2 days later requesting an earlier appt as I was having a problem. Once seen by my new "assigned" doctor, she did not listen to my concerns and was focused on the computer screen and was indifferent. I was not told what the possible conditions of my concerns could be before she disappeared to another patients room. The clinic reported test results back to me that were "normal". I was informed to find a new care provider. I called to get results of test faxed to me as I still had the problem, I had to call back as a reminder. The test results actually show a problem with one of the tests. The doctor failed to report this to me. I am writing a complaint to the Director.
