They definitely promised me a few things that they weren't able to fulfill. Most of what they said was accurate, but not all. One thing I don't like, is that I can't be confident that they'll work with me until they find the best solution for me. I'm always worried they're going to just settle with a solution that works. I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible. They try to keep the restrooms stocked, but sometimes they run out of stuff. I have had to ask them a few times to re-stock. ~ this hospitol needs to work on its professionalisim, the staff was uneducated and not knowledgeable of certain medical conditions, and every question i asked staff members ( nurses and doctors) they had to go ask someone to get the correct answer. the inpatient rooms were dirty, the lenins were not clean and did not smell fresh, and was all around not helpfull and only cared about insurance, not the patients...
