They did not listen to my concern about my animal or properly perform an exam of my animal because when everything was said and done I was told they did not know why my pet was sick.I was sent home with medicine that not only was not helpful but also had strong adverse effects for my pet and is not FDA approved for use on animals. After a few days with no improvement, and frankly worse, I went to my personal vet. My vet repeated the test that was done at the emergency clinic and found what was wrong also, my concern about what was wrong had been correct. Emergency vet could have seriously harmed my pet had I not double checked there work two days later.I would drive out of the city before I go to the emergency vet ever again. I feel they have poor practice and a waste of precious time and money, that you need to pay for proper care, when your pet is critically ill. Do Not Go here.
