Horrible. Very rude. They only want your money they had my dog suffering and would not put down because they wanted to charge me more and more money. They sent my dog home with me he was not responsive I told them he isn't okay . The vet told me to call after hours if I needed to. My dog is in a corner shaking foaming out of mouth and they will not call me back. He is in so much pain and . They are not there to help your animals they are there to scam you. I am reporting them they are making my dog suffer for there pockets. I paid them 350$ two days ago was sent home with no answers I took him there today he was panting shaking and high temperature they refused to put him to sleep. They ran every test on him charges me another 350$ I did not have it all they were mean and nasty and told me that I could not have my dog and he would be considered abandond and told me to go borrow money. I begged and pleaded and they were mean they yelled at me. I borrowed money went to pick him up and he was clearly in extreme pain having difficulties breathing he couldn't walk and they still told me to take him home. Please if you love your pet do not take there they will kill him slowly for there wallets. They would not let me talk to dr till it was paid and then I talked to her and guess what we still have no diagnosis. My dog is dying in front of me and they are to blame. He did not have to go threw this and suffer. Horrible horrible horrible I will see to making every effort to put them out of business. I am reporting them. Calling news. They do not deserve to work with animals.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I had never taken my dog there, he had sudden onset of illness and they got him in within the hour!
