They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them there were limited funds. The owner said that after the money was gone she would have to move out. He seemed to only care about the money. I did not feel my mother was safe in their care. My mother fell in her room on their slippery bathroom floor. The CNA found her 2 hours later per the CNA,, and responded, "she didn't even knew she fell". She may have dementia, but she definietly can feel pain.I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. The owner was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. It was obvious that he only cared about the money.. All the guests seemed very depressed. There was no interaction with the guests. After my mother was there 3 months she got a staph infection and died in a week. My mother never got a staph infection when we care for her at home. She also never fell, her face looked like someone hit her with a baseball bat. I am sorry I ever heard of that place. I was in the process of trying to get her moved right before she went to the hospital and died.
