The facilities are in disrepair. Paint is pealing in many areas. There are no safety handles in most bathrooms. If you have a maintenance issue, don't expect it to be fixed unless you are willing to do it yourself. The cleaning is minimal. The grounds outside are overgrown. Other than these things its a great place. I think the manager is THE PROBLEM.
