I understand they're busy, but I'm getting really tired of them postponing my appointments all the time. Every time I make an appointment, it's usually postponed at least a week. The magazines in their waiting room were so boring. It made my time in the waiting room drag. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. Their office was a little too loud. It wasn't unbearably loud but it was starting to hurt my ears. One area of improvement that this business is in dire need of is revamping their building to make it more handicap-accessible. It seemed extremely out-of-date and a little unsafe as well.
