SOME THINGS THEY FORGOT TO TELL ME (I.E. I NEEDED A PHYSICAL BEFORE I COULD MOVE IN). I GAVE THEM A COPY OF THE VA FORM THE DOCTOR FILLED OUT. THEY SAID THAT WAS NOT SUFFICIENT. THE STAFF SCHEDULED ME FOR AN APPOINTMENT TWO DAYS AFTER I MOVED IN. GREENVILLE PLACE.FAXED PHYSICAL EXAM FORMS TO THE NURSE PRACTITIONER (NP), WHEN THE NP RECEIVED THEM SHE SAID THEY REQUIRED THE SAY INFORMATION THAT WAS ON THE VA FORM AND WOULD NOT CHARGE ME FOR A 2ND PHYSICAL. OTHER THAN THAT EVERYTHING IS VERY GOOD. THE MAJORITY OF THE STAFF ARE EXCELLENT AND VERY HELPFUL. THE CHEF IS GREAT. THE ROOMS ARE COMFORTABLE. I HAVE MADE SEVERAL FRIENDS DURING THE SHORT TIME I HAVE BEEN HERE. I HAVE TO GIVE KUDOS TO THE OUTSTANDING ACTIVITIES DIRECTOR.
