They definitely favor certain clients, and make an extra effort to help those clients. I was afraid that they wouldn't help me if they didn't like me. The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. I sent in all my information. I am handicapped..I provided regularly the update. I never got a call and I was 2nd on the handicapped. I was so disappointed in Kay Mark Kay Bills. How can she never even conside me. I faxed her everyting. She always had a updated phone number...

Not at all, it seemed like they started yesterday
Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne?
Definitely! I could hardly stand to be in the room
Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider?
Practically Impossible
Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary?
Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help
Does this provider always put the customer first?
Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves
