Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating. Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me. As soon as I asked the staff for some assistance, it was obvious that they didn't want to help me at all. They completely ignored me, and continued chatting among themselves. I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications.
