I looked at an apartment while Maria Seibel was the Manager at this site. She was very friendly, helpful and answered all of my questions. There was a handicapped accessible apartment being finished that I was interested in. After Maria left to pursue another career Landmark Company took over the management. I have seen many properties owned by Landmark and wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I did call twice to inquire about Lakeview after they were managing and spoke to the person handling the applications. I never received an application or follow-up call from her. At that time I decided it wasn't the place for me since there is not a person/manager present in the building during business hours. Very poor management!
