This facility is the most uncaring, abusive, uneducated on respect of a persons rights and possessions and its dirty. My friend has had many important belongings broke, such as dentures. glasses, cochlear (2) and dolls, etc. I rate this," place lower than a snakes belly". Something needs to be done and I vote to shut it down. Please check into this, not only for my friend, but all the others who have to live here.
