Their office was unbearably cold. I was starting to worry that I would catch hypothermia if I stayed there any longer. I understand that heating bills are expensive, but it was awful in there. The music they played here was downright irritating and gave me a headache. I would have preferred absolute silence to that noise. They didn't give me advice that would benefit me at all. They only cared about what would make them the most money. My appointments always get canceled last minute here. It is really frustrating and really unprofessional in my opinion. The restrooms at this office were disgusting and smelled horrible. I couldn't even go. Obviously nobody cleans them or maintains them at all.
