The hallways smelled of urine. If you miss a meal, you have to wait until the next meal to eat. There are no daily activities. There is nothing to stimulate a person with dementia. The old pond out back had not been cleaned so there were mosquitoes around the porch area.The staff did what I asked, but not a bit more. One of the staff members seemed really annoyed to be helping me. The waiting area was overcrowded and too small. Multiple people had to stand as there were not enough seats during lunch/dinner time. The grass did not appear to be cut regularly. The patients fight regularly and the staff is not always available. I found a patient stuck outside of the gate of the facility once on his wheelchair. I am not sure where he had been, but the staff had no idea he was there. Some of the staff regularly take some of the patients out in their personal cars.
