The facility is well maintained and clean. The staff can be difficult to deal with and even hostile toward the residents, their relatives and friends. The food is average (1 meal a day) and does not offer many options. The environment as a whole isn't particularly supportive of the residents and doesn't really encourage participation in community activities.
