It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary lunch for new residents or a special move-in deal, people always get some sort of discount. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health and current living situation, even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment to make sure I had no further questions or concerns. All in all, my visit was a pleasant experience and I never felt pressured to make a snap decision. I will be moving in soon.
