I moved my mother into Maple Heights about a month ago, and this place surpasses my expectations. The staff here makes all residents feel special. It is amazing how they always go out of their way to greet them by name, and small talk. The food is awesome, including a choice of prime rib every week. On top of the great facility, the best part for my mom is their support services called 'the medical team'. My mom needs much assistance on a daily basis, and wears a call necklace when she needs help. The aides will respond very quickly AND always with a smile. She had so much anxiety when she first arrived, but the aide told her 'Don't worry, you are never alone. Just press your button and we will be right here with you." These aides are the 'cream of the crop' and I cannot tell you what a difference it is, knowing that my mom is so well cared for, and I don't have to worry about anything. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
