On the doors of this agency for long time was presented sign of "Marquis " health care agency.because as a resident of this Adult Home I had issue with some not proper attitude one from workers I filed complain to" Marquis" , but this Agency inform me that "Marquis" do not have a long time any own workers in this facility. This suggests that "Wavecrest Homecare" used illegally Marquis name to own activity. Finally, they change the name on their doors in the basement but some workers still use emblem at on some uniforms. Present supervisor denies of informing me who is responsible for any complaint about workers of this agency so I am a little confused because I am a witness of some improper behavior workers of this agency workers of this agency on the Wave crest Adult Home. I believe the conversation with Health Department will be a proper way to clear all this unclear situation.
