The worst experience in our life. The staff Debbie, Ronney and Norma were very unprofessional not to mention rude. they choose not to do there work. I keep telling them that I was Joe Epperthart wife. I even offered them proof of Power of attorney and a copy of the marriage license. There answer was No need. I complain with Vita. He was suppose to be transfer from that hell house, CLOSE HOME WITH THE FAMILY.Twice in the recording my husband WISHING TO MOVE FROM THERE. But Ronney, Debbie, Candance keep influencing him to stay. that's NOT THERE JOB! To go against the wife's wishes. Since day one that I complain to Vitas about Debie, thinking they'll be more CIVILIZIE when I called next day, Ronnys words were "you were told not to called here". Of course he was wrong. If only they were more smart and MAKE SURE IAM NOT LIEYING AND ALLOWED ME TO PROOF POWER OF ATTORNEY AND MARRIAGE LICESNSE. When my husband die on Easter Sunday, we find out 3 hours later that he die. Never called the next of kind. Debbie took the number that Joe gave her in case something happens. On the day that my husband die. Debbie answered. I said Good morning Happy Easter may I please talk to Joe. No good morning or anything put the phone down and said to Norma, "I'm not dealing with her". Norma was as Rude as Debbie has always been with me due to my complain on her with Vitas and Candance. I asked for someone in charge Norma when given the phone to this person said " just hang up, she's not the wife. His name is Chriss Okeef, works for Vitas. After complaining to him he said "I'm just a visitor to came to pick up his body.Then Ronney got the phone and hang up on me. No Professionalism, Etiquette, Manners, Morals, Values. OR MUCH LESS COMPATION TOWARDS THE FAMILY AND THE WIDOW. No respect for the next of kind. ON MY WAY TO SIGN A CONSENT FOR HIS BODY AND PICK UP HIS BELONGINS, RONNIE SAID" WE GAVE IT TO HIS DAUGHTER HOLLY. Holy was suppose to do the cremation since she stole $18,000.00 from his social security funds. we agreed she will do it. I sing at the funeral, since I was the wife. NO CLOSING BECAUSE OF THIS INSTITUTION, Mind you Ive been recording my husband phone conversations. Proof of how I was treated by this Private Institution. THE ADMINISTRATOR THREATEND ME WITH JAIL FOR RECORDING HER STAFF FILTHY WAYS. I recorded my husband. She shut her mouth. NO ONE WISH THERE CONDOLESENCE TO ME. I asked the administrator for there last name since Ill be reporting to flaorg. She said "NO". Then Candace goes "stop calling here, he's dead". I called because to complain I need there last name. Flaorg. said, "the administrator should give you there name. the investigator has to do there job. Candance said "we already report them". Theres no report to Flaorg. I don't believe a word this administration said. On top of all this humiliation, no closing, mentally and emotional stress, They just stick me with a $1000.00 bill. I will seek compensation from this Hell Place. Don't complain or you will be treated like GARBAGE, WASTE, CRAP, FILTH, INHUMAN! The female Administrator and Candance Tesniere are PROUD ON HOW THEY HANDLE EVERYTHING AND PROUD OF THERE STAFF FOR THERE DEMEANING WAYS! OVERAL RATING- O/ NOT EVEN POOR.THE ADMISTRATOR/ OWNER/ CANDANCE TESNIERE/ DEBBIE/ RONNIE AND NORMA. ARE ALL THE SAME.I HAVE PROOF TWICE HE WAS RECORDED TO WANTED TO COME CLOSE HOME. A FACILITY 5 MINUTES FROM ME.When Ronnie told me "you were told not to call" I told him to do his homework. I have Power of attorney and a marriage license. And for my husband to tell me himself.In the recorded conversation with my husband he mentions he put Ronnie and Debbie on there place. and how he tells them my cooking and that I was his everything.I also told Ronie and Vitas"the family is NOT HAPPY SO FAR. I DIDNT WANT HIM DYING WITH YOU PEOPLE. ALONE! 3 DAYS PRIOR I KEEP CALLING. "HE CANT MAKE IT, CALL BACK" DAY AND EVENING. AND THE ADMINISTRATOR, MS. TESNIERE, DEBIEE, RONIE AND BEAUTIFUL NORMA.As the widow I don't know who was next to him, what was his last words, etc., etc., etc.. I'm sure, NO I'm positive they called Holly his daughter? Don't
know. They knew he was dying and deprive me of
my rights as a Wife until this present day.One will think a private institution Owner will apologize or really gives a Damm if I was dreprivede of my rights. Vita will confirm my husbands was forgetting thinds, like the house, what day it was or the family. that's why we made a Power of Attorney me making his decisions specially Holly the daughter and Vitas or any affiliated institution. the last word will comes from the wife. on top of it all this meds. Morphine,Zanax, trazadone just
to mention 3 out of what 20/ 30 pills for the heart and everything. And someone like him, knowing his state of mind Sign Power of attorney. Im sure the administrator/ Onwer and Ms. Tesniere will agreed. I did told you many times he was married. Is over a year. So are you sure he was clear minded? to do make his decisions? I went to visit and his dinner was cold. I asked him what have you eaten? Nothing. hated there food! I cooked what he loves. Ronnie knows. 5 minutes away! with family, wife, step daughter,in-laws everytime brought him seewts, they visit him. ask the nurse that walked in the room."when is he going to be transfer" talk to the Dr. He die ALONE WITHOUT ME OR FAMILY THERE. Instead with this Pathetic, Evil ""people"/ staff. And the owner of this facility or affiliated. Is Proud. Golden rule: Treat others the same you want to be trated. Don't do un to others what you don't want others to do un to you. Is called RESPECT.
