Facility is 36% above Fair Market value causing residents to have to pay 36% more. As I toured Heritage Center, you could tell units and grounds were not well kept. My husband & I decided not to put my mother there.

I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day. Their office was unbearably cold. I was starting to worry that I would catch hypothermia if I stayed there any longer. I understand that heating bills are expensive, but it was awful in there. They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish. Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me.
