It's obvious both the staff and residents are quite happy here. Staff are always doing a lot of hands on work with the residents and greet them by name. Wish my mother could have stayed here permanently but they didn't have a Medicaid bed open at that time. So when she had a hospitalization they filled her empty room, a fairly common practice
Food is good (all I've sampled are the deserts) made to look appetizing. Fruit bowls everywhere and resident encouraged to eat healthy.

Having worked at McCrite Plaza for over a year, I can honestly say that it is one of the nicest communities I've ever seen. The staff and residents are happy and fun-loving. The dining room is beautiful and the food is FABULOUS. I would definitely recommend McCrite Plaza to a friend or family member. And it is a great place to work!
