Whenever I've visited their office, it's always smelled really bad. They really need to clean or sterilize the office more. Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment but I eventually got in. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. After asking the workers and some of the residents they held, I found out that the caregivers are rude and don't properly take care of their residents. Along with hiding personal information from family members to keep their rooms filled. I'm sorry but if my father was to be in this home and I wasn't told about him falling or gettting hurt or being abused by another resident I would sue. Whatever you do keep away from this facility!!!
