I left with no question unanswered. They were so thorough with their answers and really went above and beyond to ensure I had a great understanding of their nursing home. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners.The staff know everyone's name!There are no available bedrooms that are larger , but when one does open up, my 93 ( soon to be) Mom, Stella, will be able to walk with her walker for safer ambulation navigation.The staff know this and I know they will come through. Very impressed; Aesthetic grounds and flora so lovely and a newly paved entrance and parking area.Teamwork is the best here, all staff work so smoothly with one another.No pecking order detected, how refreshing is that? Thank you a trillion times for your efficiency .You know who you are!
