I have visited the store located close to Greenville Tech several times and have been grossly disappointed with the service.
On all occasions only a few asked if I needed any assistance and a few times I had no one ask if I needed any assistance at all.
Then when checking out once, the worker carried on a conversation with a coworker and barely even acknowledged me.
As a rule I like to give my business to local companies over the big chains but in this case I would rather shop Earth Fare or Whole Foods. I understand that the workers are all certified natural health professionals, maybe they should take courses on human interaction and customer service skills.
