I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. They had a couple of interesting magazines, but their selection wasn't very impressive.They didn't display their qualifications. I had an awful experience there. I got there, sign in and they were calling people that came after I did first. I was so mad that I walk out of there. The receptionist is AWFUL she is not professional, she is racist.

They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.

No, they refused to even when I asked

Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help

Not at all. I felt terrible for all the staff members
