They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. They told me a little bit about my treatments' risks and benefits, but I still didn't feel like I knew as much as I wanted to know. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.
