The one thing I couldn't believe during my appointment was that they took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one.
