I think this is a great policy. Seniors get underwritten plans at lower costs. Whats wrong with that?? Customer Service has beeen good too.

They will take money that they are not entitled to, they will take money out for cancelled policy’s a month after it is cancelled. They took money out of my account for 5 times the amount of my policy, took out money for a cancelled policy and then you have to fight tooth and nail to TRY and get your money back. Then when all of this is going on your agent is not any help, then the agent quits even talking to you and won’t finish helping you to get your money back. Then when they do give you your money back it is a little here and a little later, then they try and find reasons to keep some of the money. They still owe me money that they took out for a cancelled policy, they covered the bounce fee but they have not given me my money back yet! I WILL NOT QUIT UNTIL I GET MY MONEY BACK even if I have to contact the insurance fraud department of each state and country that the operate in. I have sent them everything that they need, copies of all bank statements, copies of all conversations stating about the “mistake” of taking money out for a cancelled policy, and now I have started sending emails to the insurance fraud in state of Alabama because the are not giving my money back nor or the calling or contacting me in any way. The keep saying that they have the wrong phone number when I call and I give them my phone number every time I talk with them or send emails.. Stay away from Foresters insurance!!
