Clueless... Out of touch... Incompetent...constant turnover and they are too dumb to read histories or consider people have jobs besides being on beckon call to listen to them tell them to do things that are impossible.... No matter how well clients document they simply cannot do what is being demanded because there are no providers or the providers hear HealthComp and suddenly are not taking new patients...and to make matters worse they are even try to force you to change from in network providers.... Supposedly to help better manage your care.... Like someone that is too incompetent to comprehend something after they have been told verbally and in writing could make any rational decisions... Practitioners of medicine without a license... And with a nursing shortage in California there is a reason why they have the managed care nurses they do... Because they are too incompetent to get a job elsewhere.
They cite policy after policy, but can never provide these supposed policies....
If this is your company's insurance administrator... Consider finding a job elsewhere.

Very, they contradicted everything I said and became very angry

Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of

Yes, they seemed very qualified

Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money

Definitely not! It was obvious they just wanted to make money!
