I love Kaiser. My only issue is with scheduling. I have a very popular doctor and I cannot schedule appointments online. It's very hard to get through to their appointment line. I've been transferred to my doctors advice nurse and been on hold for over 20 minutes ( I have a display phone, I can see how long) with no answer, or an answer and then hang up! I wish it were easier to talk to someone, although evisits are very handy.
