I would leave no stars if I could. This has been a trying experience the entire time she’s been my agent—inattentive and unable, apparently, to answer emails. My wife and I bought a house last summer and moved into it in September—I spoke with Jane at length about obtaining homeowners insurance and dropping our rental insurance, but also updating our vehicles to the new address. While she dropped the rental and picked up the homeowners insurance, she failed to update our address, so our new vehicle cards had our Old address on them, which we didn’t notice for months because in the process of moving I broke my foot, so my priorities were elsewhere. Fast forward to now (April) and we STILL don’t have our physical insurance cards with the correct address. When I spoke to Customer Service about it, they EASILY discovered that our address was Not changed in the overall system.
Someone from Jane's office, Not Jane, tried to reach out to me only AFTER I posted a review on Google, so I am also posting this one. She asked what she could do, to which I replied that she could leave me alone while I found another agent or another insurance company. She SHOULD have offered to fix the issue, but did not. And she promised that my insurance cards were in the mail. Then--HUGE SURPRISE--they only sent cards for one of our vehicles. I cannot stress enough how incompetent this entire office is. None of these people should be working with the public.
