I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. It was very easy to get an appointment, actually, I never do make an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. The only thing I don't like is how my rates keep going up even though I have no accidents, tickets, etc..... But I guess that is not their fault. They're pretty nice. : )
