My family has been with State Farm for almost 10 years and the service from this agent has gotten worse every year. Dave is not accessible nor does he return our emails or phone calls. He doesn't keep his promises. We have had so many challenges getting our policies written correctly. Our premiums continue to go up. We just received a 15% increase this year and we have add no claims nor accidents in the last 5 years. When we ask why the sharp increase in our premiums, we were told that everyone's premiums went up. So, I asked my friends who have State Farm and they told me that their premiums didn't increase. Enough of the run around. If I can't get a honest answer nor get any appreciation for being a customer than I will take my business else where. My advice is to shop around and compare before you buy any services from Dave. Talk can be cheap.
