When finances became tight, I spoke to Roger, an owner, about possible options till things could get better. He informed me that I was locked in and had to follow the contract. So I did. I submitted my letter indicating that I would be canceling my membership and to stop withdrawing from my account. He continued to tap my account. I went back and he said that he never received my letter. So I wrote another one and gave it to him directly. He continued to tap my account. I went back and spoke with him. He tried to intimidate me and told me he didn't ever remember me speaking to him. He made it clear that he did not intend on cooperating so I had to get my bank involved to make him stop withdrawing funds. It took 6 months to resolve.
