They don't treat their clients equally at all, and only make time for their favorite clients. If they didn't like me, they didn't make time for me. They definitely promised me a few things that they weren't able to fulfill. Most of what they said was accurate, but not all. I don't think they have any qualifications! There definitely wasn't anything displayed. This provider has very little helpful information available online, and what they do have is hard to find. Let me just say, I was pretty shocked that this business was in such a bad neighborhood. It's not what I was expecting when I made the appointment and I did not feel safe.
