Great people, excellent and freindly staff.
I like thier personal trainers because they mix up the training so you are always doing somthing differen't. They are also very perceptive to any concerns or problems you are having and adjust the training to help with your needs. I run a business and my schedule is crazy and they are very flexiible with scheduling even on a short notice. Overall I have been very satified with my expeirence there.
