I was impressed at this trainer's level of professionalism. They were completely focused on me the entire time and were never talking to other people or goofing around. I can't go into enough depth about how motivating this trainer is. They pushed me harder than anyone but stayed positive. I felt so supported and was really able to achieve my goals. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question.

I have worked with Mary Anderson for three years as an individual client, with one hour training sessions 3 times per week. Either before or after the weight-based training I also do 45 minutes of cardio work on my own (in her gym).
The results of Mary's programs have been eye-opening. My weight and build have improved to the point that my body fat is under 10%. Although I'm 71, my strength and musculature have steadily advanced. Despite a number of sports-related othopedic surgeries and treatments, Mary has been able to vary the programs so that I can avoid additional injuries. Her knowledge of exercise physiology is so extensive that she can use different sets of muscles to achieve the desired overall training benefit.
Workouts are always interesting and varied, employing both free weights and machines. Her equipment is top of the line and superior to what I've used in other gyms.
Through Mary's expert program design and her encouragement and leadership the routines have increased my HDL by 15 points! and dropped my glucose level from pre-diabetic to well inside the normal range.
Overall, I can't be more ecstatic about the benefits of my training under Mary's tutelage.
