They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Two staff members were friendly. However, there is one person with a lousy attitude, and another part time one in the early mornings who didn't get off the phone. I felt like my needs were mostly met, in terms of equipment. That being said, some staff could be better about enforcing time limits on the machines. Not bad overall, for a small, local gym. Could use some circuit training machines.
