I started out in Self defense at Bob Meserve's Health & Self Defense, I went through the instruction which was always very good. I was always happy to be there, the Instructors were excellent, the instructors were always there when I needed help and the program was designed to bring students along at there own pace.

I was at the school until I was at black belt level, unfortunately I became disabled due to a car accident and could no longer pursue my dreams of being an instructor at Bob Meserve's Health & Self Defense. I would strongly recommend the instructor training program at Bob Meserve's Health & Self Defense it was excellent.
