SPENT A LOT OF TIME THERE WITH MY BEST FRIEND.PLAYED RACKET BALL ON COURT 1.MARK ALWAYS MADE ME FEEL WELCOME.GOOD LAYOUT AND EQUIPMENT TOP SHELF.WISH I WAS STILL A MEMBER THERE.ALSO PLAYED A LOT OF POOL THERE.
WISH I COULD GET SOAP THEY USED IN SHOWERS.

Sherwood is no longer a health and wellness facility. I was a member there for 20 years and it was the best facility in the area....it is now open for team sports like soccer, basketball annd lacrosse
