I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment but I eventually got in. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left.

This place is a joke. Dirty filty place. staff is rude and dont know anything about gyms or health clubs. This place also goes by millbrook fitness -millbrook training center and there newest undercover trap Millbrook Aquatics-http://www.millbrookaquatics.com/. The pool is never maintained proper and everyone I talk to gets chemical burns or some type of infection including myself. Golds gym and many others in the area are so much better and specially for the money. Allsport if your looking to swim... Karen and Barrie are two very rude people and rumor has it the place is even housing people to live...And not they even have a different website called millbrookfitness.com People BEWARE of millbrook fitness . com

Millbrook Fitness Center pool had 37 violations in 3 years

The Better Business Bureau gives this gym a F rating: http://www.bbb.org/new-york-city/business-reviews/health-clubs/millbrook-training-center-and-spa-in-millbrook-ny-66399/ I tried to cancel, as I wasn't in a contract with this gym. I was post my year, going month to month. I followed their protocol to cancel, gave 30 day notice, certified letter!, everything! and they still took payment out of my account. Robbery! Good luck. ***original post**** Where to start — the equipment is old and 1 of 2 semi decent treadmills was broken for MONTHS. A used Q-tip was in the locker room for two months, indicating how often someone cleans. The whole place is DIRTY, including the pool which smells of mold. The trainers stay for about a year and then quit. The desk staff are sooo nice and the location is good if you live out there, but the owner is such a nasty person and bad biz owner, you won't want to fork over your cash to her monthly.


POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE & LACK OF SCHEDULING This is the worst facility I have ever been to. It is DIRTY AND THE MANAGER KAREN IS COMPLETELY UNHELPFUL! We signed up for private swim lessons and they made us pay up front. We arrived and were not provided with lessons 3 out of the 5 times we showed up. I double checked all of our lessons and checked in at the front counter. When I requested a refund - KAREN hung up the phone and threatened to call the police. DO NOT GO TO THIS GYM!!!! The pool is falling apart and the customer service is terrible!
