Worst decision I ever made was to seek counseling with this establishment. There are no PhD's working at Pathseeker as is evident on the staff page of their website. The so called "director/supervisor" Brad Washburn does not have a graduate degree (he only has a BA) and lacks the skills needed to be an effective counselor. Brad Washburn is deceitful and dishonest. Brad lied about his level of education. He told me he has a Master's degree but he does not. Also, he claims to be a clinical counselor who specializes in trauma, but actually he's only a pastoral counselor who doesn't use the Bible or pray with this client. He curses in sessions and uses sarcasm which is unhelpful. His mannerism is childish and unprofessional. Terrible experience!! If you value your mental well-being you will stay away from this place! Brad Washburn conducts himself in a VERY unethical way. Brad has breached my confidentiality on several occasions. He has acted inappropriately on many occasions, including telling me that he loves me many times and has even held me in his arms in session. He has accepted expensive gifts from me. He told me he would never leave me. He encouraged a level of dependency and engaged in a very dysfunctional relationship with me. He does not have the experience, nor the educational background to be counseling people. Seeing him for over six years was the worst decision of my life as he has injured me and wounded me to the depths of my being. Brad Washburn did not use the Bible as a source of reference during my time counseling with him, as a matter of fact he questioned God and shared his own struggles he has with trusting God. Brad Washburn has no business counseling anyone. He has caused a great deal of pain and has forever altered my life as I will never be able to trust anyone, especially men, for as long as I live. Brad Washburn's actions hinder on abusive and cruel! No one really knows what happens behind closed doors except those who are behind them. If anyone ever wants proof of what I say, I have the emails to prove everything I say.
