I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly.

They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. The therapist did not take sides. I felt like they were unbiased and took both people into account equally. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.
