We were referred to Tom through the courts when my teenage son got into some trouble. He showed genuine concern for me and my son, and I knew that I could always count on their sound advise and support. I'm always confident that anything I say during my sessions will be kept private and confidential. I never have to worry that anyone else will find out about anything. I trust him fully. I really respect his opinion and the way that he was able to develop a rapport with my son and help him to learn how to communicate without acting out. He is an amazingly professional and compassionate counselor. I never felt like I was being judged and talked about all my problems with ease, just like I was talking to an old friend. I was generally comfortable with the temperature in the waiting room. Not too hot or too cold. I'm not sure about his reputation within the community but if I still lived in New Mexico we would still be seeing him. My son misses talking to him.

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!
