The one thing I didn't like about this place was that they took a personal call right in front of me during my appointment. It didn't seem to be urgent and they could have waited. They answered some of my questions, but not all of them. I would have liked more information. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They seemed like they were using fairly modern treatment methods and procedures, but I'm not really sure. There's been quite a few times where I've been on my way to my appointment, and they've called me to postpone it. It's not all the time, but it's still annoying. This was the most profoundly disorganized medical practice I have ever encountered. Their billing was sketchy at best and they accidentally sent my full evaluation when all that I signed a release for was attendance and compliance. They have some truly excellent counselors but the place is poorly run.
