I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They definitely favor certain clients, and make an extra effort to help those clients. I was afraid that they wouldn't help me if they didn't like me.
