Great Experience!

I wish I could give no stars. I was referred to this counseling center by my employer as part of my employee benefits. The first time I called to make my appointment a woman answered the phone and said she could find the intake forms and hadn't been in the office for a while. She hung up on me once. I called back and she said she was holding the phone between her cheek and shoulder and that it was an accident. She said that she would have the regular office person call me later in the day. NO call back. She didn't take my case #. I called them back the next day. A gentlemen answered the phone and said that he had gotten the notes. (obviously didn't see the call back part). He said that they were booked and kept referring to my employee benefits as 5 free visits. They are not free ....my employer pays them for the visits. I told him he could call me if they had an opening or I would call him if I decided to find someone on my own because of stress I was under....(this experience added to that stress).
He called me back later that day and said if I could give him my secondary insurance provider he could find an opening for me.
Well too late. Found my own. Totally unprofessional from the first contact with this place.
